This is a small park located in the southern part of Plymouth, MA. It's a great place to visit on a nice warm day year round. During the Spring and Summer you can go bird watching, and in the winter you might be able to spot some harbor seals. Between 2,500 and 5,000 years ago, prehistoric Native Americans hunted, fished, harvested shellfish and made tools here. The park was once part of the Harlow family farmstead.

The Cape Cod Canal is the widest sea-level canal in the world, and used by over 20,000 ships every year. Along either side of the canal, are the service roads, which are now used by Walkers, Runners and Bikers every single day. About 7 miles from end to end, the path is relatively level, and a great place to spend an afternoon. This particular entry point is 2.5 miles from the ocean and beach. Sagamore, Massachusetts
The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a 25 mile biking trail from Dennis to Wellfleet. The trail covers over old railroad tracks, has it's own highway bridges, and is a fantastic way to see the cape. Food, Water and Public Bathrooms scatter the path, and it runs through some of the most scenic area's of the cape. There is even a rotary a few miles in, giving you the option of heading to Wellfleet or Chatham. If you have your bikes, and are up for a great challenge, give it a shot. This map centers on the trail head in Dennis, but there are many entry points along the way.

The Freedom Trail is a 2.5 mile red-brick walking trail that leads you to 16 nationally significant historic sites, every one an authentic American treasure. Starting at Boston Common, and traveling to the Old South Meeting House, Faneuil Hall, and even the site of the Boston Massacre. It's a great way to see the city, parking can be tough, but it's easily accessible from the subway system.
