In my book, this is one of the best Ice Cream stands on the South Shore. With very generous serving sizes, many different types of soft serve ice cream, and home made ice cream, the place can't be beat. The whole front of the building is plastered with their menu items, which is larger that I have room for to list. This is a must-visit summer location, open from April to October.

In classic Cape Cod tradition, guests place their food orders at a window in the front of the building, and then lounge on the beach while it's being prepared. When ready, the food is served through another window, and customers eat at picnic tables on the beach, or have their orders wrapped for take-away. (from their website). This place is right on the water, if you're in the area, stop by.

With a fantastic view of Plymouth Harbor, Ziggy's is a great place. I've been going there since I moved to Plymouth when I was 4, and my father used to visit there when he was younger still. They have a great selection of ice cream, and are across the street from the ocean. If your in Plymouth, stop by for some great ice cream.
