Carmen's Cafe Nicole is one of our favorite restaurants. For my dollar, I have not tasted a better clam chowder in a bread bowl anywhere. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is perfect. In the middle of the winter you can have a window booth and watch the snow falling over Plymouth Harbor, or in the summer sit outside on their patio. If you are ever in the area, make it a point to stop on by for a meal.

If your vacationing on Martha's Vineyard, make it a point to stop by Larsen's Fish Market. Located in the south-western part of the Vineyard, right on the water, it's a great place to get some food.

This place is right on the water in Hyannis Harbor, you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, or come here for dinner. It is thought by many to have the best Clam Chowder in town.

This is the original location of Kelly's Roast Beef, right on Revere Beach in MA. The food is fantastic. They have great Roast Beef, as they are known for, but also great clam chowder, seafood, hot dogs and fantastic grilled cheese. If your visiting Revere Beach, or in the area of one of their other locations, make it a point to stop by.
