Why should I provide my city, state and zip code in my profile?

By providing your location we can provide you with some location based extras, i.e. most popular locations nearby, newest location nearby, stuff like that. That's it.

How is my password stored?

As stated in our privacy policy, all passwords are immediately encrypted and stored using a standard SHA-256 Hashing-Algorithm based on a unique formula. Due to this protection, we are unable to provide you with your password should you forget it, you will be forced to create a new one. But I'm sure you'll agree this is the best method.

What is my email address used for?

As stated in our privacy policy, your email address is used in two ways, for site updates/correspondence, and for inter-user communication.

• for inter communication, your password is used to send messages and friend requests. This is all done through a double blind system, so your password is not displayed to either party.
